It’s Happily Ever After this year! The Museum partnered with the North Big Horn senior center Quilters once more to bring an afternoon of food, fun and fundraising to the Lovell area. Twenty five gorgeous vintage wedding dresses with local ties were modeled or displayed during the event. Ron McClure and Emelyn Pimentel treated the crowd to the musical stylings of Rout 66 as the crowd gathered. Models, many with family ties to the pieces they wore, presented each dress in turn as slides of wedding past showed the original owners in their bridal garb. The 116 year old nuptial attire originally belonging to Charlotte Steffen was modeled as the most antique item of the program. Desert plates, coffee and tea were served following the program as guests perused wedding day photos of the dresses on exhibit and enjoyed a pop-up boutique.
